Q: How long does it take to get a quote?

A: After calling our office, we can typically arrange a free measure and quote within a few days.

Q: How long does it take to install a Fence typically?

A: Depending on the type of Fence and site conditions, anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks. Our on site Estimator can help answer this for you.

Q: Does the weather effect my Fencing Project?

A: Yes and No. If it is raining we can still generally work through, however this may slow things up a little. We can still concrete in Posts and Beams if it is a light to medium rain. If it is absolutely pouring down we might not be able to concrete in Posts or Beams.

Q: Will I need to be home for the Quote?

A: For the quote, Yes. We like to be able to properly talk to you in person on exactly what you would like and any site complexities involving the project.

Q: Will I need to be home during installation?

A: On the first day and for 30 minutes, yes. Our team will run by you exactly what they will be working on and the methodology involved. Before we concrete in Posts or Beams we will need a signature agreeing to the proposed location. Also any other minor details involved are run by the installation team.

Q: Is there Temporary Fencing included in my project?

A: Not unless specifically quoted for. We use a third party Temporary Fencing company who charge us $330 + GST for up to 30 metres for up to 1 month. This is a direct cost from them to us and is simply passed on to our clients if required.

Q: What is the process in getting a Quote?

A: All our quoting is free. Simply call, leave an online enquiry or email admin@afarw.com

Q: What is the lead time from accepting a quote to getting started on my project?

A: This can vary depending on our schedule and your schedule. If you have an urgent project we might be able to starts works earlier. Typically our lead times are 4-6 weeks.
